Our Founder
Meet Damian Kingsbury, SeriousAbout's founder and lead facilitator. With twenty-five years' experience in the high-performance sport and higher education industries, Damian has personally facilitated over 1000 workshops of different lengths to a range of executives, teams and individuals.

Damian is passionate about creating and facilitating engaging, hands-on learning and workshop experiences that make a real impact. With a background in sport and education, he's spent years helping people learn and grow in ways that genuinely resonate and make a difference. Whether it’s guiding less experienced staff on best practices, mediating difficult conversations, supporting sports coaches in working with children or neurodiverse athletes, or helping educators build inclusive communities, his approach is built around the pillars of curiosity, authenticity, context, relevance and application.
